I am an artist at heart, but I am also a business person, so I understand the business side of art. Anyone who knows me will tell you I’ve put countless hours of my own blood, sweat, and many, many sleep-deprived tears to finally get to this point.

 

It is my goal to build lasting relationships with my customers and clients. You are making more than just a purchase – you’re investing in me personally as an artist and in the other artists I have carefully chosen to join in my journey. For that, I am eternally grateful.

Due to the personalized nature of the product, cost of materials, time, and labor involved with handmade pieces, custom jewelry is not returnable. Every effort is made during the creation and completion of a custom jewelry order to ensure that the piece meets my standard of excellence in every way.

 

Blue Tulip Designs makes every effort to ensure consistency, but variances are inevitable when hand making jewelry. Therefore, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Many of the pieces created at Blue Tulip Designs are unique, one-of-a-kind originals and cannot be duplicated precisely like the original.

All purchases must be reviewed upon receipt within 24 hours of confirmed postal delivery. Any damage must be reported within the first 24 hours of receipt.  Purchases that do not meet your expectations may be returned within 7 days for an exchange with a different product or store credit.
